Yes -- DSL Properties is licensed and fully insured on every job we take. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Absolutely -- no job is too small for DSL Properties. Most large contractors will not bother with a single window or one door. We will. You get the same experienced installer and the same quality of work regardless of job size. If you need one window replaced or a door that will not close right, give us a call.

There are several signs that it may be time to replace your windows. Look for drafts or air leaks around the frame, difficulty opening or closing the window, condensation or fogging between panes, visible damage or rot on the frame, or noticeably higher energy bills. If your windows are more than 20 years old it may also be worth having them evaluated. We are happy to take a look and give you an honest assessment -- no pressure, no obligation.
Window repair addresses a specific issue -- a broken latch, a cracked pane, or a damaged seal -- while leaving the existing window frame in place. Replacement involves removing the entire window and installing a new one. Replacement is usually the better long-term investment when windows are old, damaged beyond repair, or significantly affecting your home's energy efficiency. During your free estimate we will give you an honest recommendation on which option makes sense for your situation.
Yes -- and this is an area where our credentials matter. Larry holds an EPA Lead Certification, which means we follow strict lead-safe work practices on every job involving homes built before 1978. Many contractors are not certified to handle lead paint safely -- working with a certified installer protects your family and ensures the work is done in compliance with EPA regulations.
It depends on the time of year and our current workload. Spring and summer tend to be our busiest seasons so booking a few weeks in advance is a good idea during those months. For urgent situations -- a broken window, a door that will not secure properly -- give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. The best way to find out current availability is to reach out directly at 573-999-0186.
