Our Story

DSL Properties, LLC was founded in 2004 and has been serving homeowners and property owners across Central Missouri for more than 20 years. We are based in Columbia, Missouri -- and unlike national franchises that route your call to a regional office, we are genuinely local. We live here, work here, and are invested in this community.

Co-Owner & Lead Installer

Larry brings more than 20 years of hands-on window and door installation experience to every job. As co-owner and lead installer of DSL Properties, he personally oversees every project -- from the first measurement to the final inspection. Larry holds an EPA Lead Certification (renewed annually), has completed Pella's installer certification program, and has built a reputation in Central Missouri for doing the job right and treating customers with respect.

Stacey Uptegrove

Co-Owner

Stacey Uptegrove is co-owner of DSL Properties and brings more than 30 years of business and operations experience to the company. Her background includes working with a Missouri Quality Award winning organization and a three-time Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winning company -- experience she applies to help DSL Properties run with the same standard of excellence that goes into every installation. While Larry leads the work in the field, Stacey keeps the business organized, efficient, and focused on delivering a great customer experience from the first call to the final follow-up.
